Every configuration includes a custom intelligent booking flow and a live client portal. From there, you add what fits your practice — an AI booking bot for automated follow-up and engagement, paid ads management, and additional service lines. The platform is built around what you select.

What are usage fees?

Usage fees are charged per message, per call, and per interaction — so your cost scales with how much outreach the system runs. The more leads and contacts you engage, the more you pay — but the more appointments you book. We think of it as an investment that grows with your results.

How does setup work?

We handle the entire buildout — infrastructure, AI training, brand voice calibration, A2P carrier registration, and all integrations. You have a kickoff call with our team, we gather what we need, and we take it from there. You don't configure anything.

Is there a setup fee?

Setup costs vary by tier and complexity. We'll walk you through exactly what's involved before you commit to anything. There are no hidden fees — everything is discussed upfront.

Can I add a service line later?

Yes. Many practices start on Single Specialty and expand as the practice grows. Adding a service line means building a full separate patient journey for that specialty — we scope and price the addition before starting any work.

Can I cancel anytime?

Cancellation terms are covered transparently in your service agreement before you sign anything. We discuss this upfront — no surprises. We believe the results should speak for themselves.
